Biography

Mavis Zhang majored in Music Education in Wuhan Conservatory of Music in China, graduated with an honors degree in Music Pedagogy.

She learnt piano under the guidance of famous professor Huang Yina, and vocal with well-known professor FengJiaHui.

She has taken part in several of such competitions and gained a lot of prizes and certificates in music field. She also gained opportunities to perform at the Singapore Chinese Orchestra, Singapore conference Hall, NTUC Auditorium and so on.

Being music educator since year of 2008 in Cristofori Music School

Received high recognition for the effectively teaching plan from school,parents and students

Applied progressive teaching principle to a class of 10 students and also 1-1 lesson

Develop interesting course plan to meet academic,intellectual and social needs of students

98% passing rate from grade 1-8 in Associated Board Royal Schools of Music(ABRSM)

Encourage students to participate all competition,concert of music activity

Able to maintain high students retention rates

Organize music concert at least 1 time per year
